Steve Pollack joins hard money lending panel "The Billion Dollar Club"
Anchor Loans CEO Steve Pollack will share his hard money lending knowledge and expertise on "The Billion Dollar Club" panel at Geraci Media’s 4th annual Innovate Conference . The conference will be held at the Balboa Bay Resort in Newport Beach, CA February 20-21st.
The Billion Dollar Club panel, which includes CoreVest CEO Beth O'Brien and Geraci Partner Nema Daghbandan, will explore the 21st century challenges of building and running a billion dollar lending company.
Steve Pollack co-founded Anchor Loans as a real estate investing startup in 1998. He has since helped build Anchor into a nationwide leader in the fix-and-flip lending niche. Anchor Loans was the first private direct lender to fund more than $1 billion in fix-and-flip loans in a single year.
