Fraser joined Anchor from Built Technologies, Inc, a leading provider of construction-finance software, where he was Senior Vice President for Commercial Real Estate Lending Solutions. Prior to joining Built, he was an independent advisor to the platform’s co-founders and venture capital providers. Over his 30-year career, Fraser has held a number of senior positions in commercial and mortgage lending. He was Executive Vice President of Commercial Lending at Axos Bank where he was responsible for a $5-billion commercial lending and equipment leasing operation. Previously, he was a Senior Vice President at Banc of California where be managed a $500-million bridge/construction loan portfolio. For more than 10 years, Fraser headed IndyMac’s residential construction lending division with more than 400 employees in five regional centers.

In addition to her extensive experience as a private consultant specializing in organizational change and technology deployment, she has served as the Chief Strategy and Transformation Officer for NRL Mortgage and the Chief Development Officer for Apogee Process Improvement.

Shane joined Anchor Loans in 2006 and throughout his career he has developed strong business connections with a wide range of real estate professionals, to include residential private money lenders, real estate wholesalers, residential and commercial real estate agents and brokers, loan officers and mortgage brokers, escrow officers, real estate attorneys, general contractors, REO brokers, asset managers, and individual residential and commercial real estate investors. His expertise includes in-depth residential and commercial real estate investment analysis, residential and commercial real estate evaluation, direct loan underwriting, loan origination and all aspects of residential real estate acquisitions. He is a licensed loan originator (NMLS# 1042366) in the states of Arizona, Florida, Nevada and Oregon.
Shane received his Real Estate Finance Degree from California State University, Fullerton in 2005. He resides in Oak Park, California with his wife and two children.

Maloney joins Anchor from Genesis Capital LLC., where he most recently served as Chief Financial Officer, and prior to that, held a number of senior finance and accounting positions. Maloney spent seven years at Goldman Sachs as the Controller for the firm's Merchant Banking operations, overseeing all control functions related to Goldman Sachs Merchant Bank's corporate investment portfolio and real estate investment portfolio. He also held a variety of finance positions at Morgan Stanley.
As Vice President of Credit, Martinez oversees all aspects of Anchor's credit and risk, including underwriting, valuations, inspections, asset management, servicing and default.
Anthony Martinez joined Anchor in 2012 in the role of acquisitions specialist and within one year he rose to manager of valuations and was subsequently promoted to Director of Asset Management and Valuations. In his current position as Vice President of Credit, he oversees all aspects of Anchor's credit and risk, including underwriting, valuations, inspections, asset management, servicing and default.

A transformational leader and accomplished executive, Ray Mathoda brings more than 25 years of experience across the real estate, finance and technology sectors. Most recently, Ray was co-Founder and partner at Emerge Life Sciences, a portfolio of biotech start-ups focused on developing and commercializing innovative genomics and protein engineering solutions to serve lower income consumers in India and emerging markets. She previously served as Chief Executive Officer at Xome, a real estate solutions provider, and Co-Chief Executive Officer at Genesis Capital LLC, a high-growth specialty finance company that was acquired by an affiliate of Goldman Sachs in January 2018. Ray started her career at McKinsey & Company.
Ray earned an M.B.A. with Distinction from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University and a Bachelor of Arts with Honors from Princeton University.
Ray lives in Los Angeles, California, with her wife and four children and will be based at Anchor Loans’ headquarters in Thousand Oaks.

Since joining Anchor Loans in 2009, Lance has been instrumental in the growth and expansion of the company’s loans and acquisitions departments. He currently leads the nation’s highest producing originations team, focusing on all aspects of the single-family residential investment market.
In addition to working directly with Anchor clients on fix and flip, new construction and rental loans, as Senior Vice President of the Company, Lance is an integral part of Anchor's sales, underwriting, growth and structuring efforts.

In her role as Corporate Planning Manager, Williams is responsible for project management and implementation of strategic initiatives for Anchor. She is charged with building out and managing the company's Project Management Office to ensure that companywide projects are completed in a timely manner within budget and scope. In addition, Williams will manage inter-departmental collaboration on projects to achieve company goals for increased efficiency and productivity.
Over the course of her career, Williams has played an entrepreneurial role in various real estate ventures and other industry sectors including: business services, healthcare, public market startups and private aviation. She began her career as a real estate investor in the Calabasas Park/Hidden Hills/Woodland Hills, Calif. area with notable flips like the former multi-million-dollar Hidden Hills estate of the late novelist and screenplay writer William P. Blatty of "The Exorcist" fame, which is currently owned by recording artist Drake.

As Vice President of Processing, Melissa Wooldridge directs the day-to-day operations of Anchor's loan processing department where she oversees the final borrower approval process, approves loans and terms, and directs priority and workflow of all loan pipeline activity.
Wooldridge joined Anchor Loans in 2013 in our processing department and quickly moved into a management role. Prior to joining our team, she managed her family’s real estate office, bringing over 8 years of real estate experience with her to Anchor.
Mrs. Wooldridge holds a Bachelor of Science degree from California State University, Fullerton. In her free time, she loves spending time with her husband Bryce and their two children Sierra and Jack.

Nancy also worked at PricewaterhouseCoopers in New York and Los Angeles advising institutions on financial products valuation and due diligence.
Nancy earned her Master’s in Professional Accounting and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Texas at Austin. She is a Certified Public Accountant and a CFA ® charter holder; additionally, Nancy is a member of the CFA ® Society of Los Angeles.
Pouyan Zivari is a Senior Executive and Chief Legal Officer of Anchor Loans, where he is responsible for the oversight of all legal and compliance functions related to the firm.
Pouyan Zivari is a Senior Executive and Chief Legal Officer of Anchor Loans, where he is responsible for the oversight of all legal and compliance functions related to the firm. Pouyan provides counsel on a broad range of matters, including corporate and real estate transactions, corporate governance, litigation matters, the structuring and financing of investments including secondary market transactions, insurance matters, as well as licensing and regulatory compliance with respect to state and federal laws governing financial institutions. As a member of the Executive Committee of Anchor Loans, Pouyan participates in a critical function in the development of corporate strategy, design and execution of tactical initiatives and overall direction of the firm.
Prior to joining Anchor Loans, Pouyan worked for Lewis Brisbois Bisgaard & Smith, a national law firm based in Los Angeles, California. Pouyan is a member of the California Mortgage Association, where he is a regular speaker and presenter regarding legal, compliance, and business issues affecting the national mortgage industry.
